It was my birthday, so I chose a nice sake.
I like to let my sake rest, so this one seems to have rested for four years.
To be honest, I wanted this bottle at the time (laughs).
I think the host brewery at this time was the Isshaku Suisei brewery.
Now, open the bottle.
For a moment, I felt a fluffy rice-like aroma, but after that it was milky? It's not a strong aroma.
You can feel the sweetness from the smooth mouthfeel, and the sourness follows and breaks off quickly.
Easy to drink.
Mellow!
Classy!
I can drink it all the time.
I had this back in 2017, but it didn't leave much of an impression on me, so I'm going to assume it's gotten better with age! I'll take that as a yes!
I'll keep the bottle so I don't break it.

Thank you, hachi.
Rather than saying that I let it sit for four years, it might be more correct to say that I lost the time to drink it (laughs).

adako
MAJ, thank you.
I know, I spend way too much money on bottles, lol.
But I fell for it and bought it.

Thank you, Maa.
I think I heard that they actually made a mold by sticking rice on it. It's amazing, isn't it?

adako
Thank you, Maripornu.
I'm sorry, it's been four years since I found out. (laughs) I can't drink expensive alcohol even if I buy it.

And(?) And(?), the one left is not in Saitama, but in Tokyo.
It's next door, so I must have made a mistake.
