This is a noble sake made with flax cat in the brewing water. It looks pink, but when poured into a glass, it becomes the color of ordinary sake. When the sake is sipped alone, the sourness comes out fully, but when it is combined with cake, the sourness is harmonized with the berries in the cake, and the taste becomes round. The sake flavor comes to the fore afterwards. This is a marriage that should be tried by people who don't usually drink sake, but in reality, it's probably tasted by sake enthusiasts... I didn't finish all of the sake, so next time I'd like to try it with a berry shortcake with a strong acidity. I'd also like to try the flax cat in the fridge with sweets.

We don't have anyone old enough to buy a Christmas cake, so we bought a pound cake from Ispahan, the cake we collaborated on when we bought NEXT5 last time, and had a merry Christmas with sake!
To be honest, I wasn't expecting the Ispahan cake at all, but it was far more delicious than I expected. It's even better when combined with the NEXT5 sake. Although it is a noble sake, the taste is not too sweet even if you drink it alone. The astringent taste of the fruit gives a refreshing impression, and when it is combined with cake, the marriage, as it is commonly called, is a bad taste. Even if you hear this story from others, I too think it's hard to believe.

Really Nice Packaging. So X’Mas Feel! Good to share with Friends or Family. The Cake is not too sweet, i can taste Rose, Lychee and some Raspberries. It goes well with the Sake. The acidity of the sake makes me feel fresh, so that i can eat a little bit more.
