☆☆☆☆ At my parents' house with my family. It is dry with sweetness and delicious flavor. We had it with osechi dishes. I drank it in one gulp. I want to drink it again!

I first had it cold at room temperature from a bottle. It has a light, dry Niigata sake flavor. I never get tired of this flavor. Since it is a full bottle, I will drink it hot tomorrow.

I received this from a relative in Niigata. I think this is the first time I have had this sake from this brewery. It is a honjozo sake, rightly Niigata's sake, with a dry and crisp taste. I thought it would be good with sashimi or something a little salty as a snack. I enjoyed it with some musubi (fish roe) as a snack. Thank you very much.
