There is a hint of brewer's alcohol in the back, but it is only for a moment, and it is mainly a sweet and delicious aroma.
The taste has none of the harshness or harshness characteristic of alcohol-added sake, and the refreshing sweetness comes first, making it very tasty.
It is probably a honjozo sake, but it has a ginjo-like aroma and taste that makes it hard to believe that it is. It is a wonder.
I was allowed to buy a bottle of this sake to practice for the SAKEDIPLOMA exam, but every time I practiced, I had a hard time mistaking this honjozo sake for the daiginjo sake. It's that good.
