Chiyotsuru, our first brand. Sake with not so many check-ins. Mellow mouthfeel. And quite sweet. It is like a noble sake. It has a classic feel to it, but it is not too heavy, which I personally like. I think it is a sake that can be liked or disliked.

bouken Thank you for your comment! The second half was heartbreaking.... I bought it when I saw it for the first time, and when I searched to see if anyone else was drinking it, I found that bouken-san was also drinking it! I was wondering if anyone else was drinking it 🍶.
Chiyotsuru junmai sake bought at Seoto no Yu. It is a sweet, robust junmai namaishu. It has a unique aroma of grain or nuttiness. I had not seen this brand before, but I was surprised at how tasty it was.
My first sake, Chiyotsuru. It comes with a plastic cup. It was refreshing and easy to drink. I really wanted to drink it while soaking my feet by the Akigawa River, but I decided to drink it on a bench next to a hot spring. I was quite happy with the mini-pet with a plastic cup system.
This may be my first Tokyo sake.
It has a strong aroma, but it is not sweet, and the sharp taste comes in with a bang. It is more spicy than fruity. We enjoyed it very much.

I think it goes well with sashimi and grilled fish 🤤.

Musashi tasted sake from Akiruno.
It has a very clear and refreshing taste.
But it was not tasteless. It had a refined and elegant umami flavor.
It was a truly clean, ripe, and sweet-tasting sake.
