The taste is fresh and refreshing, just like Haneya. The flavor increases as the temperature rises, but there is a sense of sharpness.
It was my first time at this restaurant, but the sake lineup was quite impressive (photo #3).

It has the freshness of nama-shu and a slightly thickened texture on the tongue. It has a mild, slightly heavy umami flavor. The sweetness is moderate.
