It's been rainy and cool lately...but when it's hot I buy fizzy stuff.
but not all of them are refreshing sudsy 😬.
This is a noble sake type fizzy nigori that uses sake in the brewing process.
I'd be careful opening the bottle, but it doesn't blow up and it's not as gassy as it sounds.
Aroma like caramel. Mellow banana, pineapple, a little cucumber and sweet honey.
Sweet!!!!!! 😱(Speedwagon style)
I've never had a kijoshu before, but
But is it really this sweet?
Is it sweet like this?
I like the type of sake for eating, so...
Unfortunately, it's not going anywhere at all 😰
I thought I'd like to buy some more sake from Hamamatsu.
so I dropped by Aeon and bought some.
It's the only brewery in Shizuoka with a female toji.
This is the only brewery in Shizuoka with a female toji.
The sake is made from Shizuoka Honefuji.
It's a summer only sake. The color is quite yellow.
The aroma is not strong. If anything, it has a nutty aroma.
It is sweet but crisp.
I think the alcohol punch is stronger than the sweetness.
We visited a hot spring in Izu and had it with a meal.
When I put it cold in my mouth, I thought it was a bit hard. However, when I paired it with fish and other dishes, it was surprisingly refreshing and enhanced the flavor. As it gradually approaches room temperature, it becomes even more mellow and easy to drink. I went back to my room and went into the onsen, thinking that this would be a great sake to heat up, and when it was lukewarm, it had a sweet, fragrant, nutty aroma, and the flavor rose quickly. It was tasty and comfortable.
The first bite is easy to get into. I thought it didn't have any impact, but by the second sip, I could feel the sweetness in my mouth.
It would be delicious chilled.
Let's work hard for our working life from tomorrow🤘🤘🤘
And when I drink some more, I feel it even more!
This sake is so sweet!
It's like a dessert sake!
The fish is delicious. I think it would be good if they recommend more local products.
It is the lightest sake of the day. But it's just right because the side dish is grilled salt.
