まつちよ
This is an autumn sake of Koromoura Wakamizu from the same Harada Sake Brewery as the previous post, Ikumichii.
Like Katsurin in the two previous posts, this sake uses Wakamizu as the sake rice, and I found out that Wakamizu is a sake rice improved in Aichi🌾.
The initial aroma is mildly sweet.
The top aroma is mildly sweet, and the palate is slightly dry with a moderate sweetness followed by an umami taste that is typical of autumn sake.
It was quite delicious 🍶.
The third picture is not Tsutenkaku Tower but the Nagoya TV Tower in Sakae 🗼.
