This sake has a strong sweetness on the first taste. The sweetness lingers on the tongue and is a little sticky. There is a hint of ginjo aroma in the mouth.

The sharpness and bitter aftertaste are similar to Daiginjo, but the sweetness in the mouth is stronger and more to my liking.
In terms of image, I think it is close to the Sensation of the Four Seasons.
It has a good price and is a good everyday drink.

Compared to the Junmai Ginjo Takumi, the bitterness that remains in the aftertaste is suppressed and the sweetness in the first half of the sake is felt strongly.
The price is not much different from the Junmai Ginjo, and I personally prefer this taste.

I opened it! This is my second bottle of Hiyaoroshi. It might be my first Kyohime. Special Ginjo Genshu. I want to keep a few bottles of this.
It's been stored at room temperature, so the moment I opened it, I was filled with a fruity pear-like aroma that put me in a great mood.
It's sweet in the mouth! But the aftertaste is hot and chilly.
We had canned fish, pork miso soup, and rice for dinner, but I think the rice went best with the sake. I think it would go well with vinegared rice instead of grilled rice balls.

Purchased for home use at Maruetsu supermarket.
Since this sake was drunk before April 2017 when I started using the app to record the label image and the date I drank it, I have uniformly set the date I drank it as 2017/04/01 for a while.

It is a gift from my parents' home.
It doesn't have much smell, but it has a clean mouthfeel and a clean aftertaste.
It is a sake that you can feel the Yamada Nishiki in a good sense.
We had it with sashimi of horse mackerel and teriyaki chicken.

Powerful, vivid fruity aromas from when I opened the bottle. Bright pineapple, anise, rose petals, light honeyed floral aspect, white grape, maybe some mango. Full and complex on the nose.
There is a deep sweetness on the palate, with the acidity of old prunes. A rounded umami is notable, as is a definite nuttiness. The tingle of alcohol is prominent, as is a light astringency.
Finish is dry, perhaps due to the higher ABV.
Feels like Nama? But does not explicitly state so.
