I used to be a big fan of cold sake, but now the allure of room temperature sake is irresistible😍.
I have always liked Takumi, but I thought it had a slightly off-flavored aroma...more like a smell.
But I don't know if it's because it's at room temperature or because it's hiya oroshi, but it doesn't have that smell at all.
It has a mellow taste.
I am looking forward to seeing how it will change in the future😊.

The first bottle was Kyo Hime Daiginjo Takumi. It is a very tasty and favorite sake, hard but full of flavor.
