At an izakaya in Haruyoshi. We had it hot. It was supposed to be dry, but it was sweet and easy to drink. What is "dry"? It was like "what is a dry sake?

One gou of sake was served hot at an izakaya (Japanese style bar). The color is clear and the texture is light, and because it is hot, the sake-like aroma and alcohol rise vigorously. In the mouth, the classic sake flavor spreads, and the alcohol leaves the nose. It is dry and somewhat light, but has a natural sweetness and umami, and is a steady drinker.

At a tavern. Drinking for the first time. The aroma is shallow. It seems to be dry, but it is quite sweet. Since it was served at an izakaya, I paired it with ray fins for the first time in a while. I think it would have been better warmed.
