I got it as a souvenir! A very sharp and dry sake. It has a slight alcohol taste.

Sweet smell, with some floral notes. Transparent. The sweetness is quite good, but it's not so bad as it is sharp. Alcohol and bitterness remain a bit on the bottom. The bitterness of the alcohol lingers a bit. Not bad. Water is nice.
