Fresh and apple sweetness. The finish is clean and crisp. It is not flashy, but it tastes better every time you drink more.
If you taste it carefully, you can taste flavors like lemon tea.
The aroma through the nose is fruity.
It is quite spicy when I drink it again.
Sake made from Mtsunishiki, a sushi rice that was revived three years ago.
It is smooth and dry.
But you can taste the umami and gentle sweetness of the rice.

Fruity, like rice-derived Shine Muscat or lychee.
It is sweet, but the taste is dry.
The alcohol is a bit sharp on the throat.
Goes great with sujiko rolls.
Hanasayaka has a sweet aroma like corn when the rice is steamed.
Even if you are 100 meters away from the rice, it smells like konpota, and it is clearly different from other rice.

The mouthfeel is mellow, but the flavor is somewhat weak. The aroma is not like that of a Junmai Daiginjo, or is the can absorbing the flavor?
