Booths of Ishikawa Sake Brewing Company, Fukii, and Yamaishi.
I was given a tasting at Kyoto Takashimaya before and asked about it since they said they were expanding to Osaka, and was told that more stores are now carrying it. You can buy it at Yamanaka Sake Shop, Sukuimasa, Imanaka Sake Shop, etc.
◉Fukii Junmai Ginjo
A good, refreshing sake with a citrusy flavor. A little nutty. It tastes even better than the last time I had it.
◉Fukii Junmai Daiginjo
The nose is clean, slightly mineral and clear. Slightly citrusy yogurt taste.
Nice aroma, citrusy. The acidity is the main component, with a sourness that lingers on the tongue.
I'd like to try a Fukimi.

I was attracted to this drink by the beauty of the autumn leaves following the summer fireworks.
The aroma was normal and the taste was a bit dry and twangy.

This is one of the 3 🎁 items I received for my birthday last year 😆Sake 🔰 and I didn't tell him my preference so he said he bought it at random😅I was on the edge of my seat in many ways💓💦.

It was unquestionably delicious at hiya.
It was more than a noticeable umami, it was an unbeatable umami.
I have no great sense of taste, but I simply felt it was a sake that could not be beaten.

Ishikawa Sake Brewery, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, Japan - Shiboritate Nama-shu
This was a local sake from Yokkaichi that I saw at a famous sake shop in Mie Prefecture.
It was a very sweet sake with a strong flavor.
I like the taste.

Ishikawa Sake Brewery booth in Fukino, Mie Prefecture. The brewery is located in Yunoyama, Yokkaichi. Yasube and Orin visited the brewery before.
Fukii Junmai
The standard sake is this one.
It is a gold medal winning sake from the "Delicious in a Wineglass" series. The water is super soft and soft on the palate. The taste is sweet and clear with a junmai-like acidity.
◉Fukii Junmai Ginjo
An IWC award-winning silver sake. Fruity, this is also a soft and refreshing mid-meal sake.
◉Yamaiishi Junmai Ginjo Genshu
Less acidic and soft than the Fukii, this sake is less punchy and less impressive than the Fukii.
Fukii Junmai Daiginjo
The taste is a little fruity and this one has a refreshing feeling.
Overall, the impression is of a lot of refreshing.
Fukii doesn't sell much in the Kansai region, with seasonal products only available at the Kyoto Takashimaya Department Store and at the Kintetsu Department Store in Osaka. They are just now expanding from their hometown, so I hope to see more of them in the future.
It is about a 3-minute walk from Ito Sake Brewery, a neighbor of Denrei's.

Sweetness is quite moderate.
Sourness and astringency are quite noticeable.
It goes through the nose strongly and smoothly.
Dry, with a strong sensation in the throat and stomach.

Sake that I bought the label for! Beautiful cherry blossom label. Thankfully, I will display it on my shelf. The taste was not my favorite sake as it was full of ginjo and mwah 💦.
