At an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) specializing in dried fish in Kyoto Station Porta 🐟.
We started with Mie's local sake, Jukui.
A classic drink with a mellow rice flavor.
It was delicious. 🙆♂️
The sixth cup. Autumn leaves spread out on the bottles 🍁The deer are there for sure. The summer version was fireworks, but there was also an autumn version. It was a pleasant drink for the eyes.

I'm new to the series
Bessan says he has had this brand's Fireworks label before!
Firsts and debuts continue at Kagayaki-san on this day!
We enjoyed it while savoring the sense of the season!
Basically dry sake on this day!
knowledge
Alcohol content 15 degrees
The specs are written on a piece of paper attached to the top of the bottle.
I only know the alcohol content.
It seems to be brewed with water from the Suzuka mountain range (super soft water).
Shin-Osaka Central Life, about 1,300 yen for a No. 4 bottle.
Buy the bottle, not the packet.
FUKUI is also sold in summer in a beautiful bottle decorated with fireworks.
It tastes light, but has a nice umami.
Let's enjoy the silver week 🎵.
Mie Sake Enjoyment Party (15)
Booths of Ishikawa Sake Brewing Company, Fukii, and Yamaishi.
I was given a tasting at Kyoto Takashimaya before and asked about it since they said they were expanding to Osaka, and was told that more stores are now carrying it. You can buy it at Yamanaka Sake Shop, Sukuimasa, Imanaka Sake Shop, etc.
◉Fukii Junmai Ginjo
A good, refreshing sake with a citrusy flavor. A little nutty. It tastes even better than the last time I had it.
◉Fukii Junmai Daiginjo
The nose is clean, slightly mineral and clear. Slightly citrusy yogurt taste.
Nice aroma, citrusy. The acidity is the main component, with a sourness that lingers on the tongue.
I'd like to try a Fukimi.
I was attracted to this drink by the beauty of the autumn leaves following the summer fireworks.
The aroma was normal and the taste was a bit dry and twangy.
Maybe I expected too much...
This is one of the 3 🎁 items I received for my birthday last year 😆Sake 🔰 and I didn't tell him my preference so he said he bought it at random😅I was on the edge of my seat in many ways💓💦.
It was not a modern sake but an old style sake 😁I'll let him know my preference next time 😅Of course I was happy with the sentiment 😊.
Label: 🏷️
Difficulty level
It was easy to remove because it was a simple sticker application, but the paper quality was thin and it tore 👎.
Where to buy 🍶.
I received this as a gift 🎁.
Japanese hiya (firewood)
It was unquestionably delicious at hiya.
It was more than a noticeable umami, it was an unbeatable umami.
I have no great sense of taste, but I simply felt it was a sake that could not be beaten.
I will buy it if I find it on my way home.
Ishikawa Sake Brewery, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, Japan - Shiboritate Nama-shu
This was a local sake from Yokkaichi that I saw at a famous sake shop in Mie Prefecture.
It was a very sweet sake with a strong flavor.
I like the taste.
