This sake has been aged for 6 years in the brewery.
The reading seems to be "Seiden" instead of Haruta.
It has a very strong flavor...!
It is pineapple-like with little sweetness.
It comes in strong, but the astringency and bitterness give it a sharp and refreshing aftertaste.
When you breathe after drinking it, you can taste the grain flavor.
