Tasted it at Sakesp and enjoyed it so much I took it home. It was green apple-like and full-bodied. It has a nice crispness to it with a good rice flavor. We enjoyed it again today.

Gentle rice sweetness, full flavor, and although it is a Gifu sake, it goes well with fish from the sea♪

Banana aroma and sweetness.
Easy to drink, not heavy with a little acidity and gas.
There is a soft lingering sweetness.
Boiled chicken and shimeji mushrooms with grated radish and ponzu sauce.
We enjoyed it deliciously.
