This sake is lighter than you might expect due to its light alcohol content. It is more suitable for fried chicken wings than for sashimi. Not much aroma. It is a very light beer.

As I drank it, I felt the alcohol floating in the air, separate from the taste of the sake. I guess it was too cheap for a 35% polished rice bottle at less than 3000 yen. I want to try it again with the standard green label.
