I told the owner of Jutoku Sake Sales Office what I liked and he recommended this sake. He said it was fruity and refreshing. It's definitely sweet, but not overpowering. It was my first time to try green, and it was delicious.
As I drank it, I felt the alcohol floating in the air, separate from the taste of the sake. I guess it was too cheap for a 35% polished rice bottle at less than 3000 yen. I want to try it again with the standard green label.
I bought this one because it seemed to be recommended by the liquor store. As I imagined, it was delicious with the fruity and delicious taste of nama-gara sake.3.5
Drink alone!
It has a simple and clear taste that doesn't interfere with the delicious horse sashimi and dashimaki egg.
It is quite dry.
I wonder if the garlic from the horse sashimi is making my nose stupid...
Deliciousness 6/10
With warmed sake
Strong alcohol smell.
It has a strong sourness that is followed by a sweetness.
The sharpness is good, with a slight aftertaste of acidity.
