A visit to a sake shop on a business trip in Hokkaido. As usual, I was introduced to a delicious sake for 1500 yen, and I chose this one, priced at 1500 yen without tax! The initial attack is smooth with a moderate sweetness, followed by a spiciness. If possible, it would be best if the aroma is gorgeous.
