The sake rice is Ginpu. It has a complex taste. I don't usually drink this kind of sake because I like the refreshing type. It has a deep sweetness.

⭐︎4.0 Rice Polishing Ratio 45 Alcohol content 16-17%. 100% "Ginpu" produced in Shin Totsukawa Town. This is the first Juichishu. The brewery is located in Sapporo, and they don't go out of Hokkaido very often, but my friend helped me to get it. I've never heard of this sake rice called "Ginpu" before. The name "Juichushu" means Hokkaido. There was a swooshing sound when the bottle was opened. Expectations were high. The aroma of the rice runs through the nostrils, and the tongue is enveloped in the mild and tender sweetness that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo, and gradually the sourness comes out, and finally it finishes with a firm bitterness. It is quite delicious. Thanks to my friend.

Soft sweetness, calm umami, gorgeous aroma and smoothness, bitterness and spiciness in the aftertaste. It was a very tasty sake with a clean finish.

Juichishu Junmai Daiginjo Ginpu The flavor of Ginpu can be clearly seen. It's sweet, but after drinking it, a clean aftertaste spreads in your mouth along with a sense of alcohol release. There have been a lot of Ginkaze sakes in the past few years.
