Hokkaido sake is becoming more and more visible these days. Is it due to global warming? But that aside, here are my impressions of the sake. The aroma is very fruity. It tastes like a pear with a hint of strawberry acidity. The taste is very sweet and fresh. It has a bit of astringency and bitterness. It is like a sweet white wine. It seems to rely a bit on sweetness.
Juichu Junmai Ginjo Ginpu

It is easy to drink and you may like it.
I wonder if "eleven states" means Hokkaido...
Eleven States."
Sweet and juicy, but there is a dryness somewhere in it that makes it easy to drink.
Including a cup while eating oden, it is so delicious that a flower garden spreads.
Even if you are not a fan of sake, we recommend this drink.
