A visit to a sake shop on a business trip in Hokkaido. As usual, I was introduced to a delicious sake for 1500 yen, and I chose this one, priced at 1500 yen without tax! The initial attack is smooth with a moderate sweetness, followed by a spiciness. If possible, it would be best if the aroma is gorgeous.
It is a delicious sake and will be gone in no time.

Hokkaido sake!
I thought to myself, "What a silly thing to say, don't be a skunk," but it tasted like the land of Hokkaido. I wondered what made it so, and I was looking for a word, but "mild" seemed to fit the bill. I was looking for a word to describe it, but "mild" seemed to fit. It was so soft on the palate.
The flavor is very typical of sake, with a strong taste of rice and alcohol.

I looked for it at the airport liquor store to buy as a souvenir, but couldn't find it...
I wonder where I can buy it?
We also had a "beetle" and one more kind of sake, so we had a very happy sake party tonight.
I want to go to Hokkaido again!
