The second sake of the sake rice support campaign
It is "Seisenkawa" made with Yukigami.
I still like Junmai Daiginjo. You can drink it like water...dangerous.
The aroma of trees spreads afterwards.
It's like drinking in the shadow of a quiet lakeside forest. There is no cuckooing, though.
It's a drink that welcomes spring. We recommend it.

The aroma is sweet and full-bodied, like a karinto, but on the palate you get a sweetness first and then a richness later. Felissimo distribution, very excellent. I'd like to try some of the other sakes from this brewery.
