Junmai-shu Raw Sake Eau-de-vie Nouveau 2021 Premium
Let's continue with the crowdfunding loot. Last time, we had the nigori-shu version, which was very rice-like and fun*.
This time, it's another pure, unpasteurized sake made from 100% Yukiwakamaru, a food grade rice from Yamagata.
It is served cold.
The aroma on the rise is lightly grapey, not strong.
The attack is mild and the texture is smooth.
The taste is dry with a bit of rice-like sweetness, but the sweetness is accompanied by a bitterness that spreads slowly, so I felt it had depth. The aftertaste is soft and enjoyable with its complex rice-like aftertaste.
I was surprised to find out that Yukiyakamaru, which is quite tasty when cooked, has such a wonderful finish.
Eau de Vinouveau Extra White
The spoils of crowdfunding
100% Yukiwakamaru, that edible rice from Yamagata
Full of rice feeling, sweetness and gentle aroma of rice*.
I was in Yamagata for two years for work, and Sesewakamaru was really good rice, so it brings back the flavor and aroma of that rice*.
The alcohol is weak at 11%, and despite its weight, it has no miscellaneous flavors and has a pure rice-like streak to it.
The impression of a fresh slightly carbonated rice Calpis soda*.
Sweeter than Senkou Yukidaruma*!
Makes me want to drink this while watching the meter-high snow in Higashine*.
Hi M iki,Good evening🌆
I've never heard of this!
I've never heard of it...
I'm fascinated by the idea that it's more amateur than a snowball ⛄️ brewed with staple rice👍.
Miki-san, thank you for the information😊.
Yamagata is really good at rice and sake brewing❗️.
In addition to that, the harsh climate must also be a factor...
Boar Junmai Daiginjo ⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing 50% al15
The aroma is weak and you can't feel the flavor of the rice.
There were many other sakes that matched my taste on this day, so the rating may be relatively low...(^◇^;)💦

Next is the inn's original original sake✋🏻 It's dry with a high degree of alcohol content, but it felt heavy as expected 🪨.
It was a party for two with a friend, but after two bottles of Kamikimoto earlier, I was starting to feel a bit wobbly 🌀
It is said that it is a pure rice Daiginjo sake which was brewed by praying at "Higashirinzan Seiin" in Hamanaka, Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture as a prayer sake for the end of the new Corona. It is a sake of Shonai area in Yamagata.
My father-in-law sent this to me in celebration.
It is not so fruity, but has a clear ginjo aroma.
It is light and slightly dry. It has a refreshing taste. The acidity is moderate, and the balance is good.
It is delicious in a cozy way.
It seems to be 35% milled rice, refined and clean on the palate. The brewing alcohol doesn't bother me that much. However, it was laid down too long. Poor temperature control. Obtained in points.
Hmmm...it's +10 dry, but I feel the dry finish is very good. It's not too dry and spicy, but it's full of spiciness and delicious flavor. You can enjoy it.
It reminds me of ears of rice under the blue sky of Shonai, a rice place.
Q.How are you feeling?
A. (Tipsy) I'm in a good mood.
The second sake of the sake rice support campaign
It is "Seisenkawa" made with Yukigami.
I still like Junmai Daiginjo. You can drink it like water...dangerous.
The aroma of trees spreads afterwards.
It's like drinking in the shadow of a quiet lakeside forest. There is no cuckooing, though.
It's a drink that welcomes spring. We recommend it.
