Sumirebana. It has a strong sourness because it uses white koji. The alcohol content is low and it is easy to drink.

Unlike the usual Seisen river, it is thick. It has a good sweetness without being sticky. You will go hard if you are not careful.

The aroma is sweet and full-bodied, like a karinto, but on the palate you get a sweetness first and then a richness later. Felissimo distribution, very excellent. I'd like to try some of the other sakes from this brewery.
