We chose this for dinner at the Hotel Kogure.
It's very easy to drink, but it has a strong taste.
This is a good sake for everyone, even those who don't usually drink it and those who love sake.

This is the BEST raw sake I've ever had. I was amazed. I also sensed a sense of Shinsei, so I checked it out... it's the #6 yeast from Shinsei! The flavor explodes even more when it's warmed up. The next time it's released, I'll be buying it in a bottle for sure! Hall of Fame!
