I visited Daimon Shuzo, a brewery in Katano city, Osaka.
The brewery stands in a residential area.
It was my first time to try a sake, so I wasn't sure which one to choose.
I chose the Junmai Ginjo, which is made with fire.
55% polished Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture🌾
The back label says that it has a mild acidity.
The back label says that it has a mild acidity, and that is exactly what I felt. The aftertaste is refreshing.
I think it is a dry sake.
It's not a strong sake, but it's a good sake that you can enjoy quietly.
It was a good sake ☺️.
I went out of my way to buy this sake at a major liquor store because I had an e-money offer.
Well... it's not good.
Before pairing or anything, the sake itself didn't taste good.
It's not undrinkable, but it tastes like cheap sake.
The aroma was weak and there was no richness.
I don't know if it's the same as the sake distributed by the big companies. I don't know.

The accompaniment is a white hot pot of pork and vegetables.
It has a refreshing sourness and leaves a slight thickening aftertaste on the tip of the tongue, but it is refreshing to drink.
I'm not sure I've ever had it before, but it's pretty good.
Rating: A
A medium-bodied junmai ginjo. There were so many good varieties to drink that day, I just remembered that this was full-bodied and would probably be delicious with tempura or bonito.
A refreshing sake.
A sake that can be drunk smoothly without any atte.
The taste and aroma disappear quickly in the mouth.
It may not be enough, but...
This is it, and it's delicious.
With 300ml, you'll be drinking it in no time.
