It's freshly brewed at the Daimon Sake Brewery's New Sake Festival in Katano City, Osaka. Katano City has good water, and the brewer recommended the brewing water very enthusiastically. The water seems to come from the mountains, which is shocking to me since I grew up on tap water from the Shibashima water purification plant. A person who had moved from Katano to neighboring Hirakata City happened to be there, and he told me that there was such a difference that the tap water had become very bad since he moved there. Oh, it would be a pity if the level of water went down from such a good level. The excellent water makes the Daimon Brewery's sake very soft but firm. The new sake is also fresh, but it's not too dry, and it's not too light, but it does have a dense flavor. Oh, by the way, Shibashima, Katano, Hirakata, and so on are slightly strange. I've heard that Osaka has a surprisingly large number of place names that are hard to read. I've heard that there are a surprisingly large number of place names in Osaka that are difficult to read, such as Kuzen and Emission, which are certainly too funny, but the combined station names of the Tanimachi Line, such as Noeuchiyo and Kireuriwa, are good because they make you want to read them out loud!

Dear Mr. Eiichi Haruka You know the Osaka prefectural songs very well. I don't know much about the Katano Line, even for prefectural residents. I hear it's good for autumn leaves. I first learned about the water from the sake brewery. There's a waterfall at a nearby shrine, so it looks like there's plenty of water.

Good evening, tuna fishing boat! I was born in the far left side of Osaka, and I've only recently been able to read about my city, but I like it so much that I've been going to that area a lot. I was born in the left end of Osaka, and I only recently learned to read "I-shi".
