I visited Daimon Shuzo, a brewery in Katano city, Osaka.
The brewery stands in a residential area.
It was my first time to try a sake, so I wasn't sure which one to choose.
I chose the Junmai Ginjo, which is made with fire.
55% polished Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture🌾
The back label says that it has a mild acidity.

I think it is a dry sake.
It's not a strong sake, but it's a good sake that you can enjoy quietly.
