I was so surprised 😂.
Oi-chan's cooking
You put love in your cooking.
And whatever she eats, it's delicious.
Birthday present from my daughter! It has a mellow flavor that is different from mellow umami-guchi. I didn't know there was such a sake in the world! Thanks to my daughter!
Niigata Prefecture Shimoetsu Sake Brewery "Kirin" booth.
The retro Kirin label is nice ❗
But I didn't taste any Kirin 😅.
Maruniboichi Junmai Ginjyo Nakakumi Nama Genjyu
Kambara Junmai Ginjo Takanenishiki Unfiltered Bagged Nama-Shu
Kambara Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Bagged Nama-Shu
I had the Maruniboichi when I drank these, but the Kabahara was wonderful, with both being thick and rich.
I regret buying them now 😭.
bouken, good evening 🌇I see you drank the Yamadanishiki one - it was indeed 😁 fruity and had a rich, full flavor that I quite liked 😋I don't see it very often in my neighborhood 😢.
An event called "Sake Tour in Harukas" (・ω・`)
I went there for Kirin.
There was a sake called "Takane-nishiki" in Kambara, but unfortunately it was sold out!
So I bought this one from the sake list!
It is beautifully dry and has a relatively strong umami taste.
It has an acidity that makes it very refreshing.
It also has a pleasant mild taste that becomes more apparent when heated.
I have been buying it often at events for a long time, so they recommended a lot of things to me and even offered me a 35% 5 year old cold-stored bottle to try at the end, which was also great!
Also, the Yamada Nishiki Kambara was wonderful!
Before going to Harukas, I went to Nara to take in some of the Mahoroba ingredients!
Nara is great!
It makes me feel at home!
I walked around from Shakudo station to Shinjo station. There are so many old buildings and the townscape is so impressive!
Shinjo Castle was built using an ancient burial mound.
The romance of history is amazing!
I wonder if the lord of the castle was as great as the Big Bosses.
There was also the tomb of Emperor Iide Haniwaguchi, who is said to be a phantom Empress.
The tomb is located right in front of Kintetsu Shinjo Station and is quite large.
Princess Aiko may become an empress, so this is a good place to learn about her.
Good evening, Shinsho😊.
Echigo also has Kirinzan, Kirin is also a good sake👍
I am also interested in Shinjo castle,,,,and the ancient tomb in front of the station.
Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio.
I'm looking for Kirinzan's original sake because it looks delicious...
I always buy Kirin because you come here often.
Nara's ancient tombs have a wonderful atmosphere!
It is good to visit historical sites while taking a casual stroll!
Shinjou, every time ❗️
I love visiting ancient tombs!
I envy you that both Nara and Osaka have ancient tombs in their daily lives!
I can see from the picture of Harukas that you are very drunk 😁.
This is Maido-san.
In Osaka, it's just like a smelly pond, but Nara is so serious!
Except for the asphalt, you'd be mistaken for ancient times.
I'm not a drinker...
I was tired from lack of sleep and walking.
Shinjou-san, here's my email!
I see you were looking for Kirin😳
I've only had the Kambara orange in the picture, but I think it was more fruity than the others?
I'd like to try the Takananishiki too 😋.
It's Maido-san~!
Kirin is typically dry, but Kambara is so
Takananishiki is freshly stored and relatively light and juicy!
Orange was also good, so I'll consider it next time it comes to Hanshin Department Store!
When served hiya, it has a light and dry taste with a smooth mouthfeel.
When heated up, it has a fuller and broader flavor with a smooth mouthfeel.
It has a classic Niigata-style light, dry taste that can be enjoyed with a variety of foods.
A friend gave it to me as a housewarming gift: 🙆♂️
It is sweet, fruity and easy to drink.
I drank it while watching a Samurai Japan game.
Thanks to my friend who gave me a great bottle of sake 😊.
The aroma is fruity but refreshingly dry and slightly sweet, an unfiltered, raw junmai ginjo sake squeezed on New Year's Day. It has a refreshing aftertaste, so you will not be able to stop drinking it.
Purchased at a local supermarket.
I drank it cold after taking a bath.
It is clear and refreshing, but has a rich aroma of rice.
It is light and dry. It has a clear and good acidity.
It has a sweet aftertaste.
