Junmai Ginjo-shu from Kanagawa Prefecture's Inoue Shuzo.
This delicious sake has the strength of a junmai sake, but with the aroma and drinkability of a ginjo.
It was described as slightly dry.
It has a clean mouthfeel and a soft aroma coming from the back.
I had it with a fish cake trial set at the Odawara Suzuhiro Kamaboko Bar.
