Many will say this 日本酒 is terrible but it has a strong memory for me. I was here in Japan in 1990 and THIS sake was all I could afford.

Enjoyed tonight with a wonderfully-marbled 和牛 steak 🥩, and the first 完全醗酵辛口 sake’s I have tasted. A 吟醸 sake with a bite. 🍶
