I came here because I was told there was a stand-up sushi restaurant in Kanda that I had enjoyed in Niigata.
The first brand of sake, indeed, was light, dry, and easy to drink!

Drinking a little bit from Monday. It was supposed to be a break after last weekend's event, but I had to work a little overtime today. We had a cool down drink at a standing sushi bar. A spectacular line of Niigata sake cups lined up in the fridge. I take out a cup of sake myself. The sake is soft and light. I had it with sashimi.
