ひらん　彩道 Hiran Saido 種　類 純米生酛 原材料 米(国産)・米麹(国産米) 容　量 1800ml/720ml アルコール 14度※ロットにより After all the other Sake I’m not sure how to evaluate this one. It’s kind of a dark horse It has a soft round umami. Not a dynamic Sake, but It will compliment food from the background but also will be nice to drink by itself. We would love to try it with shortcake, Nama cream, or strawberries. Maybe next time! This might sound strange but it has a kind of subtle dark chocolate flavor. Pairs really well with Zangi (Hokkaido style chicken karaage) and garlicky edamame.
