Opened June 26, 2023 Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop Long time no see Sekiya ^ ^. Mooo, the flowery, fruity aroma explodes ‼️💥. The aroma alone is enough to raise your spirits 😂😂. It's not just fruity, it's elegant too ^ ^. This is worth going all the way to the store. It's awesome‼️

Opened January 29, 2023 Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop, Ueno It is dark ❗️ Yamahai, but it is really juicy and full-bodied with little to no distinctive acidity ^ ^. Sweet and savory like tortoiseshell candy ( ^ω^ ) It's raw, but I also like the matured feeling 🌟.

Opened August 22, 2022 Purchased at Sekiya liquor store. Highly anticipated, as they say it's the finished product of quest4! Very fruity ❗️ Fruitiness like a peach, and a little bit of a thickening taste 🍑🍑. Not only sweet, but also bitter at the end ^ ^ ^. I bought it after tasting it, but it's still delicious 😋!

Opened on February 28, 2022 Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop, Ueno Very juicy indeed ^^ Was more pointed when I tasted it in the store, but after a month of aging, it's pretty mature! Deep sweetness❗️Sourness is also quite subdued☺️. Slowly tasting it in my mouth, the sweetness intensifies even more! Creamy🍨So good ^ ^!

Opened on February 9, 2022 Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop, Ueno A fruity taste that I can't believe is 91% polished rice ✨In its shadow, there is also a bitter taste like brown rice. Cold, it's juicy with a hint of rice sweetness! Warmed up, it has a grainy texture like soba noodles or daifuku. This is also good at a higher temperature 🥰 I'm glad I bought it 😆. I'm glad I bought it 😆 The name is apparently a nod to the president's love of superstring theory ^ ^.

Opened on October 12, 2021 Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop, Ueno Tasted the nama-shu and bought the hi-ire. I bought a bottle unusually, so I enjoy the difference in temperature ^ ^. Cold sake: The acidity stands out! But the mellowness that comes later is very creamy 😚 Room temperature: very soft on the palate 😋 flows down the throat easily. Lukewarm: You'd think it would be milder, but it's surprisingly distinctive❗️The umami comes out the best. I like it with fish🐟

Opened on July 20, 2021 Kato Kahachiro Sake Brewery Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop, Ueno Super gorgeous and fruity from the aroma ⭐️I can only hope ❗️ Just the right amount of acidity and rice sweetness ^ ^. The juiciness is unprecedented 🍊 like nectar 🍎 just like a fruit! I can't stop drinking it...........................................

February 21, 2021 Opening Valentine specification Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop, Ueno Citrus❗️🍊 Orange and summer tangerine. Both strong sour and sweet. It's thick. You can drink it like a juice by itself 🥤Much delicious❗️ However, I totally ignored the brewer's intentions and bought it irrespective of Valentine's Day...

Opened on January 16, 2021 Purchased at Sekiya Sake Shop, Ueno Refreshingly gassy with a touch of acidity. The top is rice sweetness and silky street. Raw freshness, of course, but there is also a faint sense of graininess and ripeness from some tofu or miso or something. A complex flavor. Very tasty❗️

Oyama / Quest4 Opened October 18. Soft sweetness of rice with a gentle aroma of rice flour (like water). It's sweet, with a freshness that resembles freshly packed citrus, but it also has a strange, faintly milky nuance. It's very interesting ( ^ω^ )

Opened September 23, 2020. Buy at Sekiya Sake Shop in Ueno It smells just like the fresh, young grass of fresh wine! At first it's really sweet, tart and bitter like grapefruit! It sits in my mouth for a while, but then it gets more and more snappy. It's pretty good with karaage and other greasy foods❗️🐔
