Tasted the nama-shu and bought the hi-ire.
I bought a bottle unusually, so I enjoy the difference in temperature ^ ^.
Cold sake: The acidity stands out! But the mellowness that comes later is very creamy 😚
Room temperature: very soft on the palate 😋 flows down the throat easily.
Lukewarm: You'd think it would be milder, but it's surprisingly distinctive❗️The umami comes out the best. I like it with fish🐟
