A gem of the FUSION series, TAMAZAKURA aged in Niigata Fermier red wine barrels. The powerful sake with 70% white rice (Gohyakumangoku) and 19% alcohol by volume has been aged in red wine barrels for a long time. I would like to try it in various ways from hot pots to cheese type? I want to try many things!

Finally, finally, finally, finally, the [Jyushiyo] has come to our house❗ I won a prize in the autumn fun lottery👍😁. I would like to open the package on a special day. 20.11.21 bought at the sake shop Yamada Honten Finally, I opened the bottle. This is the sake I wanted to drink the most on New Year's Day. It became the best sake in my opinion.
