December 8, 2021 We had a farewell party for one of our junior staff members. A farewell party for one of my younger colleagues and an informal year-end party. The three of us drank and ate as much as we wanted. The first one we chose was Tensei from Kanagawa Prefecture. It tasted like the freshly brewed sake of Drunken Whale that I drank the other day. It tasted like fresh sake, and was quite I like it a lot. I enjoyed it with fried shrimp. I enjoyed it.
