Japanese Sake and Cuisine at Miketsubi in Matsuyama City.
The sixth cup was Denshogiku from Kangiku Meizou, Chiba.
Sweet and juicy but crisp sake.
I paired it with snow crab and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
I enjoyed it with snow crab and dashimaki egg.
