At Miketsubi, a Japanese sake and food restaurant in Matsuyama City.
The seventh glass was Shichida's Shichiwari-5% polished Omachi.
It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity.
The sweetness, umami, and acidity are well balanced in this bottle. I enjoyed it with fried oysters and
