KumakichiAfter enjoying the dry and crisp sake, we enjoyed the mellow and sweet Junmai Daiginjo of Eiko-Fuji.
The aroma is banana? It reminds you of a banana, with a rich sweetness that tickles the back of your nose.
The first sip, which is chilled to the skin, is just like the aroma, with a rich sweetness, umami, and a hint of sourness that spreads throughout the mouth and disappears with a sense of gas.
It is not so light that it can be drunk quickly, so you can enjoy the concentrated sweetness and deliciousness of Eikoh-fuji and feel like a dessert wine.

This is my first time drinking Natsu no Yozora, but from the description, it's right up my alley!

The rice is polished to 80%, so the powerful taste of the rice comes through directly, but the mouthfeel is fresh and light with gas as only Kaze no Mori can provide, so the sake goes on and on.

The aroma is indescribable! It's like the chrysanthemum flower vinegar served at a Japanese restaurant.
It's mainly sour but not too harsh. It's like lemon and sudachi 🍋.
It has a mysterious taste, with a hint of elegance. I've never had this before!

Not a strong aroma, but pretty dense rice sweetness! It's really Junmai-shu! That's about it. But as soon as it's done, its sweetness recedes and it snaps!

The aroma is rather strong, and the alcohol is stimulating.
Quite spicy in the mouth. It's muscular, I would say. Sweetness is also felt.
