Kumakichi
This is the first time I've had the much talked about Sanuki Kuraudei, which my friends call "Yakult for adults" and "Calpis for adults".
It costs around 2,500 yen for a bottle, and with an alcohol content of 6%, it's close to doburoku.
I'm going to open the bottle and try it right away!
It's a new type of low-alcohol sake made with three times as much koji as regular sake, so it's got a fresh sourness and sweetness to it!
It tastes completely like a lactic acid drink! Is it more like Yakult than Calpis?
It's also only 6% alcohol by volume, so you can drink it very easily.
Perhaps it's because there's a lot of koji in it, but it's almost like a doburoku, and the creaminess after the sweetness and sourness is addictive!
Rice polishing ratio: 70%, Sake degree: -70
Acidity: 5.0, Amino acidity: 2.7, Alcohol content: 6%.
