The aroma is slightly bananas. I wonder if there is also a faint cemedyne.
It's very smooth on the palate, perhaps due in part to the sake bottle. After the palate, the sweetness and umami spread slowly, leaving a lingering sense of flavor, bitterness and alcohol in the aftermath. It disappears. Less acidity.
It seems to have a more refreshing bitterness than the Ona I drank before. I think it is a summer sake.
You can drink as many as you like.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Onodera-san from From Up on Poppy Hill. He's the third man who appears a bit at the end. He is a man of the sea, and he is rather dry. But he's also a kind and austere old man.

The refreshing summer sake.
It is not too sweet for the sake that you might expect from the Collage. The refreshing sourness and mild flavor are pleasant. The aftertaste is sour, delicious, and bitter, and it softly disappears.
So this is what Miyaizumi's summer sake looks like when it's made?
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say Honjo from Kaze Tachinu. He is the best friend of the protagonist Jiro. He's a good guy and a brilliant engineer who joined Mitsubishi from Tokyo University. And he's a handsome guy. He's somewhat oblique, and his frown is more memorable than his smile, and his sweetness is understated and elegantly bitter. It feels like there is.

That's dry Daiginjo with almost no sweetness.
It is called "Toyosaki".
In the mouth, the flavor spreads slowly and smoothly. It has a numbing bitterness and alcohol aftertaste.
I don't usually drink dry drinks, but today I'm in a dry mood, so it was pretty good! It is.
To use a Ghibli analogy, it's Kurotowa from Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. The movie version. He is an ambitious man with a strawberry in his belly. He knows the sour and sweet sides of the world, but he can't seem to stop being ambitious. By the way, the manga version is even more complex and fascinating.
This drink is a mystery to me when I look into it.
There's not a lot of information that comes up when you search for it, and a lot of different information comes up.
The one I drank was brewed by a brewery in Fukuoka called Kitaya. is from Hyogo, and that's Ozeki-san. The label seems to be the same in the image search, though. It does not appear in Kitaya's homepage.
I wonder if sales and distribution is Mr. Ozeki?
If anyone knows more about this, please let me know.
