The aroma is slightly bananas. I wonder if there is also a faint cemedyne. It's very smooth on the palate, perhaps due in part to the sake bottle. After the palate, the sweetness and umami spread slowly, leaving a lingering sense of flavor, bitterness and alcohol in the aftermath. It disappears. Less acidity. It seems to have a more refreshing bitterness than the Ona I drank before. I think it is a summer sake. You can drink as many as you like. If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Onodera-san from From Up on Poppy Hill. He's the third man who appears a bit at the end. He is a man of the sea, and he is rather dry. But he's also a kind and austere old man. Satisfaction Level: ★★★★★
