Up until now, my encounters with Minami have been limited to Tokujun, but this time it's Jun Dai!
Even though it is jun-dai, the ginjo aroma is subdued and gentle.
The mouthfeel is firm at first, but the clear and refreshing taste and the lingering aftertaste give it the character of jun-dai and make you feel the quality of a higher grade.
I guess you should drink Tokujun with fresh bonito tataki and Jun Dai with ayu fish from the clear stream⁉
The name "Ayu" is also "Ayu" 🤣.
PS. The real meaning of "An-yu" is different though. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, N.E. 😃.
What a peaceful atmosphere Mr. N.E. 😌Anzu 🤗 looks so delicious 😙. N.EJay & Nobby, congrats 😆.
I was curious to know if they have Jun Dai in the south too 🤔 (of course they do 🤣).
Tokujun was a bit dry, but this one had sweetness, bitterness, and acidity all with a gentle touch 🐴. 👍️ N.E.
First of all, here is an aperitif.
The mouthfeel is just like drinking a sweet wine.
Even though it's a noble sake, it's easy to drink. N.E.
Commonly known as Kurogu
The taste of rice and sake-like flavor with a mild aftertaste.
The balance and cohesiveness of each part of the taste buds without being too assertive is a masterpiece 👏.
I guess this is what you call elegant 😊. N.E.
The basic taste is sweet and tasty because of its fruity aroma.
There is no strong sweetness that I imagined from the fruity aroma, and the acidity is perfectly balanced, making it easy to drink.
It may have been a while since the bottle was opened, so I didn't feel the carbonation as much this time, but the freshness was enough.
It was delicious 😋. N.E.
This Nabeshima has a very calm taste.
It is not light and refreshing, but has a mature taste with no sharp edges (I can't convey that, can I? ^^; ).
It was a very pleasant sake to drink. N.E.
Shinsei after a long time
Oh, this time I felt more sourness and bitterness in the first sip than ever before, and the taste is complex!
I wonder if it was like this 🤔(in a good way)
I think that until now, just hearing the word "Shinsei" has been causing my information bias to act on the taste, so maybe I'm finally able to drink it calmly now 🤭. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
