Minami純米大吟醸 安結

.
Up until now, my encounters with Minami have been limited to Tokujun, but this time it's Jun Dai!
Even though it is jun-dai, the ginjo aroma is subdued and gentle.
The mouthfeel is firm at first, but the clear and refreshing taste and the lingering aftertaste give it the character of jun-dai and make you feel the quality of a higher grade.
I guess you should drink Tokujun with fresh bonito tataki and Jun Dai with ayu fish from the clear stream⁉
The name "Ayu" is also "Ayu" 🤣.
PS. The real meaning of "An-yu" is different though.

Jay & Nobby, congrats 😆.
I was curious to know if they have Jun Dai in the south too 🤔 (of course they do 🤣).
Tokujun was a bit dry, but this one had sweetness, bitterness, and acidity all with a gentle touch 🐴. 👍️
