Yamori, one of my two favorite sake brands and one of the best sake in my hometown. Black label Junmai Nakadori unadjusted. This one comes out in the fall.
The usual light aroma and sweetness of Yamori is slightly subdued. After that, the bitterness gradually emerges, and the taste is very deep and delicious.
