We stayed at "Seasonal Kappou Maruju".

Of course, I drank it 😆.

The sweetness of the melting sensation and the profound umami create a Murayu world like no other.
It is said to be very popular in Niigata, and this is a taste that makes sense 🥰.
The owner is very knowledgeable about sake and will teach you a lot about it, so if you like to talk about sake, why don't you come and visit 🤗.
I felt like I drank too much, so I poured down some Hepalyse and went back to the hotel and went to sleep, praying that there would be no leftovers for tomorrow😇.

We had a dinner during the night before the Niigata Sake-no-Taiwan.
We went to "Seasonal Kappou Maruju".
Both the owner and the hostess are friendly and talk to us saying, "Where are you from? They would talk to us and say, "Where are you from?
When I replied, "I'm here for the sake event😤," the owner started talking about sake (❗️).
After a lively conversation, the owner offered us this sake 🤗.
It's from a brewery in Niigata that was revamped after a business succession.
It is a sake 🍶.
It is not too sweet. It has a rather sour taste and a refreshing feeling.
...I couldn't write down the rest because the owner's conversation was too much 🤣.
The third one is the eel and sashimi set meal we ordered for dinner.
The eel is the type that is cooked crispy on the outside without steaming 😊. FSBGood evening, Hiro-san!
Aoi Shuzo is the trend this time.
I also tasted it at the sake camp and felt a new breeze with its Western-like flavor.
I heard that the toji is a former toji of Yamagata Goyuji, so I have high expectations for their future! ヒロGood evening, FSB😄.

The owner is a sake lover and the food as well as the sake discussion was as good as it could be. It was a delicious & fun time to hear about local breweries and liquor stores 🤗It's one of the joys of traveling sake 😆.

We are staying the night before to participate in the Niigata Sake Festival.
After resting at the hotel from lunchtime drinking, we went out for dinner 😚.
But all the places are crowded 😅.
It seems there are a lot of people staying over and drinking the night before 🤣.
After wandering around for about an hour, I finally got in.
It's "Seasonal Kappou Maruju" 🤗.
The menu is posted in front of the restaurant, so even if it's your first time to visit, you don't have to worry. The interior is decorated in the style of an old private house and has a nice atmosphere.
First, I ordered Tsururei, but I forgot to take a picture of it, so I omitted it.
Next, I ordered Den-emon's Aizan 😍.
The taste is refreshing. I don't think it has the sweet and savory taste that is characteristic of Aizan 🤔.
However, it is well-rounded without it.
It seems to go well with seafood as it has a refreshing taste and throat.
It was so good that I was told which liquor store sold it, so I bought some on my way home 🤗.
