@水橋Nishioka Shuzo Dokyure Arabashiri Junmai Ginjyo Directly Pumped Hand-poured Nama-shu 1,800ml
Rice: Gin-no-Yume (produced in Kochi Prefecture)
Polishing rice 50%.
Alcohol 17%.
I was torn between this sake and Biyou, but I heard that this sake was also made in Shimanto, so I bought it.
The bottle was opened with a pop, and it seemed to be in good health. It has a sake degree of +7%.
It goes well with flatfish sashimi.
Today we went to Cape Ashizuri in the pouring rain.
If the weather is good, you can see the round horizon. ポンちゃんGood morning, @Mizuhashi🐥!
Cape Ashizuri! You've traveled far 😳‼️ and the food looks delicious every time💕Flounder, it's so gorgeous 😆👍 @水橋Good morning, Pon-chan 😃.
The fish is fresh because our chef buys it at the market every morning.
Vegetables are also freshly picked 🍅 Fish rubbed by the open sea and local sake are outstanding ☺️ @水橋Tosa Shiragiku Junmai Ginjo Araubashiri Nama Shu 1,800ml
Rice:Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 16-17 degrees Celsius
Next is Tosa Shiragiku. We opened the bottle after having a glass of Minami.
It has a nice aroma and seems to be in good health.
On this day, the main dishes were Tataki Eels and deep fried Kibinago.
We enjoyed it as a food sake 😄. @水橋Minami Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo Junmai Ginjo Dewasanzu 1,800ml
100% Dewasanbara rice
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 17%.
We ran out of sake at the inn, so we bought two bottles.
The first one is "Minami". I have had hiyaoroshi before, so this is the second time.
This sake is a collaboration of Yamagata sake rice and Kochi yeast.
The specs say it is light and dry, but not at all.
Sweet aroma and freshness. It has no roughness of unfiltered sake, but is clean and neatly put together.
It goes perfectly with striped horse mackerel sashimi 😄. @水橋AKABU Junmai SNOW Extra 720ml
Rice used: Ginga (Iwate Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol: 13%.
There were about 4 bottles left. I bought it because I had a chance encounter with it.
The bottle was opened gently, perhaps because it had been chilled to a ginormous temperature.
The light sweetness and the shwashiness are pleasant.
Yesterday we had lobster salad, bonito tataki, filet cutlet, and grilled eggplant 😋. ジェイ&ノビィHi @Mizuhashi 😃
I would buy it if I came across it 🤗 and it's a great view of your table 😋. @水橋Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
Redwu, I'm so glad to have met you...
I'm surprised to find so many more: ‼️
But I eat too much every night💦. @水橋Bunkajin Junmai Ginjo Tosa Rei 1,800ml
Rice: Tosa Rei (Grown in Kochi Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol: 16.5
We bought this bottle at Kotobukiya in Shimanto because we were told it had just arrived there.
It is said to be made from Tosa Rei, a Kochi original sake rice. It is indeed light and soft. It looks like cold weather is returning this week, but it would be good as a Hanami sake 😊. ハリーGood morning, @Mizuhashi 😃
I love your trip to Kochi....the food at your inn? The food is also gorgeous every day ❣️ Actually, I'm planning to go to Shikoku in April and it will be a great reference. I've used Okinawa as a reference before too 😅. @水橋Good evening, Harry🌆.
This time I am staying in Kuroshio-cho for a couple of nights, but I have gone out to buy sake at a liquor store in Shimanto. It's tough because I'm tempted by Tasake, Akabu, Tobiroki, Mutsu Hatsusen, Shichibonjari, Shinmasa, Sharaku, Naraman, etc.💦. @水橋Kuroson Kuroson Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Water used for brewing: Kuroson headwaters
Rice: 100% Hinohikari (mountain rice)
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 18%.
I went to Kotobukiya Sake Shop in Shimanto ^ ^.
Since I was there, I bought a bottle of Shimanto River's local sake.
And we immediately had it with a dinner of fish.
It may be light and dry in terms of specifications, but it is soft and smooth on the palate. It has a sweet aroma and is delicious 😋. ひるぺこGood morning, @Mizuhashi. I was wondering if this is the first time I've heard of a brand called Kurozon, is it a local brand from Kure? It is light and dry with a sweet aroma and certainly goes well with fish 😊. ヤスベェHi @Mizuhashi 😀
I see you are enjoying your trip to Kochi and drinking to the fullest 😀Yasubei...not Yasubei...it looked like a nice restaurant, but Shimanto is all about the river food😇.
I hope you enjoy more and more delicious food and drinks 😀 @水橋Good evening, Mr. Hirupeko🌇.
It looks like a collaboration sake with Kotobuki Sake Shop in Shimanto City. Both the water and rice are from Shimanto😄. @水橋Yasbay, yes, we have moved on. Yesterday we had a pot of kuei 🍲.
It goes well with fish 🐟. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
