I went to Kotobukiya Sake Shop in Shimanto ^ ^.
Since I was there, I bought a bottle of Shimanto River's local sake.
And we immediately had it with a dinner of fish.
It may be light and dry in terms of specifications, but it is soft and smooth on the palate. It has a sweet aroma and is delicious 😋.
