We bought this bottle at Kotobukiya in Shimanto because we were told it had just arrived there.
It is said to be made from Tosa Rei, a Kochi original sake rice. It is indeed light and soft. It looks like cold weather is returning this week, but it would be good as a Hanami sake 😊.
