Nishioka Shuzo Dokyure Arabashiri Junmai Ginjyo Directly Pumped Hand-poured Nama-shu 1,800ml Rice: Gin-no-Yume (produced in Kochi Prefecture) Polishing rice 50%. Alcohol 17%. I was torn between this sake and Biyou, but I heard that this sake was also made in Shimanto, so I bought it. The bottle was opened with a pop, and it seemed to be in good health. It has a sake degree of +7%. It goes well with flatfish sashimi. Today we went to Cape Ashizuri in the pouring rain. If the weather is good, you can see the round horizon.
