We ran out of sake at the inn, so we bought two bottles.
The first one is "Minami". I have had hiyaoroshi before, so this is the second time.
This sake is a collaboration of Yamagata sake rice and Kochi yeast.
The specs say it is light and dry, but not at all.
Sweet aroma and freshness. It has no roughness of unfiltered sake, but is clean and neatly put together.
It goes perfectly with striped horse mackerel sashimi 😄.
